  • Hi,

    I have some odd things occurring with my Lync integration.

    On one CRM instance I can see 'Presence' of users and clients and get a Lync dial icon next to the phone numbers in a grid view.

    On another instance, on the same server, I only see the presence and not the Lync dial icon.

    Anyone have any idea what is stopping the second instance from running Lync?
