off topic - I can't reinstall the parental controls RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • We subscribe to Windows Live Family Safety - Parental Controls.  This morning I noticed that the icon was missing from the system tray.  I went online and was not prompted to sign-in to the controls aspreviously been the case.  There was no listing for the program in either Add or Remove Programs or Windows Explorer.  I downloaded a copy of the installer and attempted to reinstall it.  All I got was  a scratching sound that I never have heard before.

I need to get the controls up and running before I can let the users go online.  Please advise.
