  • how can i access the case resolutions of all the accounts from webservices

    Not sure I understand your question. Do you want to retrieve resolutions for all cases associated with accounts? Do you want to retrieve the account data?

    I would recommend the following.


    1- Download the FetchXML builder from the URL below.

    The tool has a simple user interface that you can use to construct FetchXML queries.

    2- Use the fetchXML builder to build your query. You can then use the FetchXML to retrieve data using either JavaScript Or use the fetchXML in the CRM SDK Fetch method.

    3- The post below demonstrates how you would use FetchXML to retrieve data using MS CRM Webservices.

    You can use this code on an MS CRM as described on the post.
