This is the MOST un-user friendly software I have ever used....I am trying to install on computer #2...I have installed four times and each time it restarts and then is SUPPOSE to finish activation.  But, instead it comes up with a red caution thingy that says you must connect to the internet to finish installation.  And you probably guessed, I am connected to the internet.  Called customer service...no help, sent email with a ton of steps to do...most without instructions how to do...did what i knew how to do and it helped exactly NONE!~

    Biggest waste of money!

It won't let me enter my product key again...says to go here and do this...although, can't find here and there is no do this...

    PAIN!

    anyone else have these troubles?

Installed on first computer after about a dozen trys.  But finally it took...

LIke I said would NOT recommend this to anyone.

As for the product key, on the second PC you must activate with the same email address - LiveID - that you used on the first computer. If you are getting a screen asking for payment or a key, you are not using the correct LiveID. Open OneCare on the first PC to see the Subscription ID under Help/About. That's the LiveID to activate with.

I wonder if you have other security software installed and active on these PCs. Activation can be annoying and it isn't perfect, but having these problems on two PCs makes me wonder if your prior security software may still be installed or active, at least in part.
