Prometric Test Center Irregularity Complaint

Question
-
Hi
My name i Muhammad Ali and I am from Pakistan, few days back I visited a Prometric center in Lahore, Site Code: PK171 Micro Net. When i reach the center that was in a real horrible condition like blackout and very old building without any sign boards of direction, and seems to be as an oldest building. I reach HARDLY to the center. When i arrived there were few candidates who has finished their tests. I tried to ask them about the exam procedure what they feel inside the room. On my request they told me that owner of the center and administrator help them to pass in exam, I was surprised and they offer me to introduce me to the owner who can help me to pass the exam. Further more i asked how they are helping to pass the test on this i got informed that center owner/administrators were standing in their back and telling them the answers of the questions and in that way they passed. Also they let me know that they have paid 8000/- Pak Rupees to pass the exam.
I was really surprised to hear everything and come out of the center without my test. Later on i send the complaint to the Prometric through their website online system and informed what cheating and fraud is going on there. Is it the way to pass the certification exam if yes they what will be its worth. But still this time no one from Prometric even send me any kind of response/email and in other end the center is still working as before. Also in past the center PK171 was closed due to these fraud activities but Prometric again online this center I don't know why Prometric did this and if an ordinary person and candidate can find all these why Prometric cannot do this.
I am requesting to Prometric/Microsoft to investigate that center and stop the exams from their center and save the worth of Microsoft Certification and save the real people who want to be a certified and stop such kind of activities and center there.
If you guys required any further information I can help out in this regards.
Muhammad Ali

Microsoft maintains a specific email account for reporting fraud: TCTips@microsoft.com
I suggest that you send your message directly to them. They take this type of fraud very seriously, and will probably investigate and take action about it.

Alberto's suggestion is sound. Please do follow up by sending an email to this alias. The integrity of exams and testing centers is important to all of us that are involved with Microsoft certification exams and all of us who take those exams. I have also reported this to TCTips.
