Email Router rejects email with error 'NoRecipientMatch'. Will the email router route will only work for known contacts ? RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have setup my email router such that it looks in to a forwarding mailbox and tracks the email in to CRM.

    When the user sends an email to an address which is not already part of CRM contacts or users, the email is rejected with the below error : 

    The email message with subject "test" in mailbox xxx.com for delivery was rejected. Reason: NoRecipientMatch.

    Even if the user is given rights and setting to create contact automatically, it does not help. 

    How do we get around this ?
