Windows 10 , Account Adding APP verifiy no reponse at the Celluar ? RRS feed

    There are two events here: 

             First ,  login the http://hotmail.com where the APP [one of the three , twice verify methods] working alright from the device approved.

             Second,  windows 10 left Microsoft flag , click brought up settings \ account \ add \... its here Twice.Verify ,   just not response any code to on the device to be verified?   Well, the text , and email verifying done that added an account @Hotmail.com   to windows 10 as one of verifying ID approaches ?

    How this could be, afraid the three verify ways , beyond of mine ,  each of them can be configured on to divided a least three mac addresses  ?

    Upgraded Windows 10 pro found its default OS is replaced by windows 8 pro from windows 7 pro ? This consequently license's mistaken running on any forged platform or mac would be able to have the APP/ TXT/ PHONE VOICE/ EMAIL ... any one of the nets configurable to a cellphone with same mac verified in . Therefore, unable to received the code of it naturedly .

    Released lower OS licenses holding at Microsoft , there is no auto inspect system for its abused unless report the key to them , for heck .

    NO ANSWER AS LIKE NO PROBLEM ? !
