OCS Tanjay call log not problem RRS feed

  • I have 10 Tanjay phones in company and all works fine except one.

    One problematic phone couldn’t pick up call log and on other hand voice mail list is available.

    Other phones work fine. All phones are on same network segment. All have latest firmware versions.

    I check all common problems (DNS, auto discover, etc.)

    Give me some ideas what should I check.

    Per your description, it sound the Tanjay phone has some physical issue.
    You'd better contact to the vendor or the paterner of MS whom you buy from, and let them to check it well or not.
    I am not the expert about the Tanjay, sorry about I cannot give you other suggestion.
