Microsoft tech screw up

  I sent my xbox 360 back for repairs they got my tracking number mixed up with someone esles (THEY SCREWED UP) and now they have my console and canceled my repair order they said I have 2 wait for my account to be reviewed when I told them I would fax my original recipt of purchise and they said no.....now I dont know if my console will get fixed or if I will get it back... its never ben moded or tamperd with in any way and its only 6 months old... they screwed up why should I have to pay for that I just want my system repaired and sent back thats all and no one is willing to help and all corprated did was transfer me to tech support
