Made significant hardware changes, Windows flagging as not genuine.

Question
-
I'd been running Windows 7 for a few months with no issues.
A few days ago, I heavily upgraded my computer(new MoBo, CPU & GPU). Afterwards, Windows crashed repeatedly on startup, the repair tool didn't work due to "compatibility" problems. I assume I forgot to do something important before replacing the hardware.
Anyway, the HDD had to be wiped completely clean(i.e. delete all partitions, allow W7 to create new ones as needed, formatting in the process.)
And here I am a few days later with Windows 7 telling me it cannot activate online with my key, and that it might not be genuine. I am as certain as i can be that it is genuine.
As every other thread I've seen here posted a MGADiag report, I will too.

I can't see anything wrong - but it does look as if you may have changed the motherboard, and this could break the terms of the OEM System Builder license, and cause the problem you're having.
You need to use Operator Activation, and explain to the operator that you replaced the motherboard due to the previous one being faulty, and that this was the closest equivalent board you could obtain. (Any other reason is likely to lead to refusal).
telephone activation (operator calls)
Click on the Start button
in the Search box, type
SLUI 4
and hit the Enter key
follow the instructions, but when asked which service you require by the telephone ansafone, do NOT reply - this should force an operator to respond, who can deal with you
