In the example tutorial ages and incomes seem to have a range of 0 - 100.  Can this range be modified to only include a specific range?  That is, I would like to train the machine to handle ranges of incomes that go from let's say -5 to 85.5 and anything below or above this is just disregarded.  Is there something I need to change for this to happen?

The example doesn't make any assumption about the scale of the training data.  If you want to exclude data points outside of a certain range, then you can simply exclude them from the training set (for example in the loop that fills in xdata).

So, what if my training data isn't based on a scale of 0 to 100?
