Wont install......

Question
-
Well i just got One Care today and i had no problem installing and getting it to work on my laptop, but when it came to my comp i started to have trouble. When i first tried to install it, it actually got to the download and install part and it fully downloaded but when it tried to install it got stuck about 1/4 of the way through so i restarted it. Now it doesnt even go past the first screen it just gets stuck on the downloading updates part which is the first screen u get when u pop in the disc.
P.S. I've tried searching for other topics like this and i havent found any also ive tried to contact support but everytime i do i get a error message.

Try running the install cleanup tool - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=828910&SiteID=2 before reinstalling One Care.

I just tried that and it didnt make a difference. One other thing i might add is that when i try to exit the install when it takes a long time and when i try to shut down my comp after trying to install one care it says that windows explorer is not responding so i have to hit the power switch to shut down.

ya i already uninstalled all my anti spyware and anti virus. But im having trouble getting hold of customer service i followed the guides on the forums and i dont have a problem getting their but once i fill everything out and submit it, it says their was an error uploading it and to try again later. I did try this using my live account info and using the trial account method both didnt work and ive tried these methods several times over the past few hours.

I assume that you've reviewed this, too:
Post for the KB article to troubleshoot install problems - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1588602&SiteID=2
Unofficial path - send me an email at sboots@mvps.org with a subject line including "OneCare" (to get past my spam filtering) and in the message body, tell me what country you are in, your forum nickname, and paste a link to the post to which you are replying. I am not online 24x7, so you may be waiting for a reply, but I'll do my best to hook you up with support.
