Hi,
I have been diligently using the backup and restore application(vista home premium) to backup my files weekly to an external hd. When my laptop decided to not restart after installing updates I thought I could access my work files, that I had backed up, on another computer using the restore application. When I tried to open the backup set on the external hd it shows that it is empty. Where are the files that my laptop said had been successfully backed up? I am in big trouble if they are all gone.
This is my first ever post anywhere so I hope I havent asked a stupid question
