Which Exam ? - Recomendation

Question
-
Hi,
I want to make some of MS Certificates. I am working for big company, like on site technician and administrator - 50%-50%.
Next year i want to change company. I have only diplomas from University.
For increasing my official skills i want to make some MS Certificates, but i really don't know which one.
My idea is at first start with 70-680 Windows 7. And then Widows server. Many of companies are using windows 7. On other side Windows 7 is now outdated.
Can someone recommend, which of exams are for me best choice ?
Thank you.Wednesday, January 21, 2015 5:25 PM

Hi Kakate ,
If you are having a little IT experience.
I will suggest you that first of all take certification Microsoft Server Platform because server platform certifications help you to find job more easily. So, for this you need to get Active Directory Certification which is the base of every product from Microsoft.
It requires
1. Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 Exam 410 (This will give you Microsoft certified professional (MCP) certificate.
2. Administering Windows Server 2012 Exam 411
3. Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 Services Exam 412
After successfully completing steps 1-3, you'll earn a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Windows Server 2012 certification.Kindly refer to this link below

Hi,
Nice to hear that you have 7 years of experience. 410,411 and 412 deals mostly with basics you can clear them very easily and further you cant go for MCSE without completion of MCSA.
410,411,412 are compulsory exams for most of server side Microsoft certifications, after completion of these you can go for MCSE for any specified server side technology like Infrastructure, exchange etc.
Example:
[410+411+412] + [415+416] gives you MCSE Desktop infrastructure

[410+411+412] + [413+414] gives you MCSE Server Infrastructure.

[410+411+412] + [10750+10751] gives you MCSE Private cloud.
