    Hello,

     

    I recently had to ship my computer away for repairs  when i had received it back they had randomly decided to re-image the hard drive putting me back to the oem for the computer however i participated in the windows seven house party and received a signature edition of windows however i have not been able to find my booklet containing my serial code and i was wondering if there is anyway to recover this information or am i just plain out of luck?

    I don't think that would work because the hard drive has been re-imaged it has been formatted which wouldn't leave anything really behind, right?
