Your Sony computer has had Windows 7 installed, using a DELL recovery disk, and a hacker's Loader program.
Your copy of Office is also counterfeit.
For what version of Windows is your Sony licensed, according to the COA Sticker on the case?

  • "For what version of Windows is your Sony licensed, according to the COA Sticker on the case?"

    windows 7 starter snpc oa

Does it help for solving my license problem ?

"Your Sony computer has had Windows 7 installed, using a DELL recovery disk, and a hacker's Loader program.Your copy of Office is also counterfeit."

Meaning that if I find ( the notebook is a gift... ) the reseller I might ask to him the recovery disk ? Or also with the recovery disk, after some month, I'll be in the same situation since the reseller ( I think an official shop ) used a couterfeit OS+Office at the beginning ( ... strange... )

Thanks in advance for your reply, Noel

You need to contact the manufacturer (Sony) - they will be able to provide the correct recovery disks for your machine. With those disks, you'll be able to restore the machine to its ex-factory condition so that you don't have to worry about the reseller or his shady practices.
If you do find out the name of the reseller, you should check with the person who gave you the machine that it was in that condition when they got it - there's a possibility that it was they who installed the pirate copy, rather than the reseller.
If it was indeed the reseller  who installed it, then you should report them to MS piracy, and to Sony, so that action can be taken.
