Partner Forums not showing

Question
-
Hi
My name is Katelynn and I am a CSR for the Partner Program. I have a partner that has signed in with his Windows Live Id but says that the Partner Forum links are not showing up for him. I had him create a new Windows Live Id and associate it to his partner profile. It still will not show for him. He is using IE 8 and had already downloaded the patch so it will work on all websites.
Is there really anything else I can have him do. If not, I will have to make this an internal technical issue.
Other things that we have tried:
Clearing cache and cookies
Adding site to trusted sites list
Lowering the security settings
Thank you for all of your help.

Hi Katelynn,
Does your partner still encounter the logon issue after associating his account? If yes, please let us know his live ID. You can also ask him to contact his Regional Service Center.
Best regards,

When the partner signs-in to Forums, does he/she see his Partner Affiliation in the profile page? (http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/profile/en-us)
You need to see the partner affiliation. If not, you won't able access Private Forums.

Hi ,
The Partner forums are located in the microsoft forums, this is the msdn forums. Is he signing into the right forum brand? The link below is the brand the partner forums are in. Please ask your associate to sign in there.
