CRM page hangs while loading in IE browser

Question
-
When we clear the IE cache and open the CRM window, it takes minimum 5-7 minutes to load an account. This is being a very high performance issue in my implementation.
Kindly suggest me some ways how to avoid itTuesday, March 10, 2009 12:03 PM

You should probably look at the iframes and remove them and see if the problem is eliminated, if it is, add them back one by one and see if you can identify if the problem is with one or all of them.
There are a number of reasons your customizations could be having problems, but most of them will involve deeper look at the code / environment. -
I would encourage you to test the issue down to the specific portion of the code and open a discussion in the development forum.
The more clarity / information you can provide up front, the more likely someone will see the issue and recognize a potential solution for you.
Good luck!

That's highly unusual - and there are a variety of areas to investigate in order to troubleshoot -
Provide some additional detail and maybe someone will be able to offer guidence -
Is it one workstation, some workstations or all - and is it also happening at the server?
Are you using the outlook client? - does the same thing happen with the web-only client?
Once the cache is loaded, do you experience acceptable performance?
what customizations / add-ons are enabled?

We have performed some customization in the account entity, it has 3 IFrames to be loaded.
For all the users, when the account is opened for the first time only , the window partially loads , it takes more than 5 minutes . until that time, the task manager shows that the application is in " Not Responding" mode.
After 5 minutes , it displays an error message " An error occured .Try this again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM community for solutions or contact your organization's ........ " and shows the screen only with few icons with out complete load .
I would also like to attach a screen shot for more clarity .
Also , please note that the error does not occur when the account screens are opened for the successive times and it happens only while opening any account information window for the first time only .
Kindly help me to solve this issue and let me know any kind of input you need for more investigation.
1. We are using only the Web client.
2. you are right, when the cache is loaded , (cache size is 200 mb minimum) the performance is better. Since the screen gets struck for the first time , it gives a very bad impressions to the users.
3. It happens in almost all the workstations, please note that We have disabled the Script scan in the MAcfee in all the desktopsWednesday, March 11, 2009 7:52 AM -
