Bing Maps and Postal Carrier Routes

  Hello,

  Looking to build routes based off the postal service carrier routes for bulk mailing.  But i need to be able to extract a mailing list of all single family homes, excluding apartments, and still give me accurate information to attain saturation pricing from the post office.

  any help is greatly apprecaited.
