Yes, you do have blocked volume license keys don't you.
Both your operating system and your Office Pro edition are volume license products. Now what is that? A volume licensed product is normally sold to businesses in large amounts of licenses that will activate with only one Product key. It is a violation of the license agreement to sell to private individuals. If your computer is business owned you need to contact your IT department to resolve both issues.
What happens in most cases is that a thief obtains disks, either legitimate or counterfeit and then sell them with the volume license key that they have obtained from some source. The sources may be a legitimate key that is sold, a key generated key (a pirate program that creates the product keys but they are not issued by Microsoft,) or the product key is stolen, leaked to the internet or is used too many times for some other reason. Microsoft will block that key when they find that it is being used in violation of the the license agreement.
If you do a Google search on the 15 characters of your Windows XP Pro installation you will find about 106,000 hits on Google for that key. Obviously not a key that will be legitimate.
To fix this issue you should have a COA sticker some place on your ECS computer if it ever had a legitimate operating system installed. If it does have a sticker it will probably say OEM and tell you what operating system was installed, such as Windows XP Home, Pro or Vista of some type. You can legally reinstall that operating system.
Your Office 2003 Professional also has the key blocked due to being improperly used.
For this product read the notes at the top of http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuineoffice/threads to see if you can get this replaced as genuine.
