Help CRM Client Upgrade Approach RRS feed

  • Hello All,

    I'm sure many of you are in the same boat.  We have yet to find a clear approach on the best way to upgrade the 3.0 cents.  Some of our customers have over 100 clients deployed and having to touch each one is going to be extremely time consuming and challenging.  How is everyone approaching this?

  • Upgradation is manual process, no other way we can do it automatically. Best is write a document and paste file on network, send an email to everyone to upgrade it. but you have to do manually.
