CRM with IFD Deployment causes breakdowns of Workflow RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi ,

I have problems about Workflows after the IFD configurations enabled.

Let me give some informations about our system, then i'll ask the question...
Our CRM system is a Hosted CRM with SPLA licence. 6 of CRM deployed on the unique setup of CRM.
AD , SQL SERVER is also on the same server with CRM.
Aproximately 100 user on several CRM deployment uses the same server system...

Everything was fine before we configured the IFD. But now foreach workflow callbacks the system produces errors.
The main error on event viewer is
    "
Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM'. [CLIENT: <local machine>]

    "
    error.

We tried to configure the CRM Asynchronous Processing Service to run some other admin priviliged users account rights. Also tried Local System Account option , and rearranged the rights of the users on SQL Server , but nothing changed !!!

In a great mess we couldn't find the problem, that breaks down the Workflow operations.

Any idea, or suggest will be appreciated of the solution..

  • If I understand this, the same server is hosting AD, IIS, SQL and CRM?

What account is authenticationg the application pool? Network Service?

Is the machine account in he SQL group in your OU that you created before the install?
