Course 5349: Upgrading and Migrating to Windows Vista Labs A will not worked

I am following the steps in
Lab A: Recovering Windows Vista and Capturing User Settings
logged on to the XP simulated computer and cannot reached either www.microsoft.cam or www.fourth.com - I had disabled my Symantec firewall still had the same results.

- Go to the following site: https://account.live.com/SummaryPage.aspx
- Sign-in to Windows Live.
- Click on Account Summary (in the left nav)
- Click on Registered Information (Above Password Reset Information)
- This will open up to your profile data.
- Scroll all the way down to the bottom and you will see the words: Unique ID: [16 digit HexPUID]
- Copy that 16 digit number paste it into this email.
-Course Name and Number you are referring to.
-URL where error/issue encountered.
-Screenshot of the error if you can get.
-Detailed description of the problem.
-Phone number we can reach you at.
-Country you are located in.

The course is 70-620- Collection 5347: Installing and Configuring Windows Vista
Contains vLabs and Courses 5348, 5349, 5350, 5351, 5352, 5353
I did finish 5348 with no problem however 5343 there is a problem in the 'lab A' during the task 3 of this lab. here are the tasks involved in the lab.
Task 3: Modify the configuration of the Windows XP computer.
1. Open Internet Explorer and create favorites for the URLs, www.microsoft.com and www.fourthcoffee.com.
2. Change the Internet Explorer home page to intranet.fourthcoffee.com.
3. Create a new Microsoft Office Word document called New Employee Guidelines in My Documents.
4. Create a new Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet called Sales Projections Atlanta in My Documents.
Result
You have modified the configuration of the Windows XP computer to migrate a number of settings to the Windows Vista computer by using WET.
Task 5: Share the Migration Wizard tools from the Windows Vista computer.1. Use Internet Explorer to share the E:\Tools\Migration Wizard folder with the Everyone group that has Contributor permission.
Result
You have shared the Migration Wizard tools from the Windows Vista computer to transfer the settings from the Windows XP computer.
