If you are a CRM customer or partner you can get access to the pdf files of all the Microsoft Official Courseware (MOC) materials through CustomerSource / PartnerSource portal as appropriate, or use the e-learning versions. There are also some training materials in there which never made it as classroom-based courses, such as the new features in UR7 (activity feeds etc).
