After complete restore, daily backups not available RRS feed

    After complete restore from Dec 12 full backup, none of the daily backup data is available.  LiveOne care has been telling me daily that everyting is OK.

  • Please contact support to have them review the situation. If you performed a custom backup, and selected the original full backup, but not the incremental backups, I believe that what you encountered is normal. I would expect that you should have been offered the latest backup, though, which is why I'm suggesting that you contact support.
