Edit system locked fields on service activity form RRS feed

    Hi

    I am looking to edit the service activity form.
    The sections are locked and so is the fields within it.(red "lock" next to it on the form design)

    How can I unlock those sections and fields? also how can I access the Service calendar properties in CRM

    Hi Tiaan

    Here are my answers :

    I want to rename it to "Shift Calendar" - Can be done using ISV.config/Sitemap.
    The view where the equipment and users are shown- I want only equipment not users -  'SUPER' unsupported customization, mostly will involve editing CRM ASPX pages
    Appointment Colours I want red - same as above point 2.
