I am trying to determine if we can purchase only limited cals for our sales department. I read though that with a limited cal you cannot create opportunities or custom entity records. Rather you only have read only rights to these entities. However, I have
a test user set up with a limited cal. When I attempt to create an opportunity or a custom entity record I am able to do so. Does having the limited cal assigned to a user not actually restrict what they are able to do? Rather legally are you just supposed
to make sure you have the correct cal for what you need to use in the CRM? Or is there some other issue going on here that is allowing my limited cal user to create these records? I have been trying to research this but haven't seen a specific answer as to
whether having a limited cal assigned restricts those features or not.
