please make options for 4k tv and monaotors.

  Some programs seem to not display propally in full screen mode. it will go to the buttom right and only show quarter of the screen. ticking off disable high dpi settings on high works thou. Problem seems becuase I have to put it display size bigger so it's natacable to see.
