Hello aladano52, Hijackthis logs should be posted on a site that specializes in analyzing HJT logs. You can find some here -

If One Care detected and removed the threat you should be ok. If you are looking for re-assurance that the threat was removed you can try an online scanner such as Eset -

or Kaspersky -
