How to display web resource within webpage (iframe?) without having to scroll through content and where content expands to whatever size it needs

  I've created a small web resource to display data within a Form, but though it's working it's creating a small box that requires users to scroll through the iframe to display the content.  Can I make this expand to whatever size it needs so the scroll bars will disappear and make the content look seamless on the page?  I tried modifying every formatting option I could but to no avail.  I even tried modifying the CSS on the web resource itself, but I'd think this would need to be on the iframe part that 's calling the web resource which I'm not sure how to modify.  Also this is on CRM 2013 On Premises.
