Exam 70-533 Book resources

I was looking for book 70-533 and it is not available on the MS Press store. I also looked it up on Amazon and it is valued very high $400 and upwards. I have bought Cert books before, used and new, not that high of a price.

Is this book being re-written along with the course ? Why is there a shortage of books? I was interested in taking the cert in the near future and wanted to start prepping for it.
