Remote Access Via The Web Disconnected

Question
-
Folks,
I had a server crash a few months ago and had to get drives and other parts replaced. That has been done and now I can't remotely access my Windows Homeserver 2011 web address for my site.
Any ideas how to fix this?
Thanks.

The server is reinstalled? You added remote access features again, using the same Microsoft ID and domain name?
If the server has a different IP address, did you adjust port forwarding in the router?

If you Ping your address (xxx.homeserver.com) from somewhere external to your network does the response come back from the external IP address of your network?

Hi JJORL,
à now I can't remotely access my Windows Homeserver 2011 web address for my site.
Just addition. Would you please let us know the complete error message that you can get when failed to remotely access the WHS 2011?
If any update, please feel free to let us know.
Best regards,
Justin Gu
