Automatic Creation of email activity when a contact send mail to a CRM user RRS feed

  • Dear all,

    I have a requirements where, whenever a crm contact sends mail to a crm system user, the email should be automatically created as an email activity in crm and attached to that contact in CRM.

    I have Dynamics CRM 2016 on premise and Exchange in my env.

    Grateful if someone can help/guide me how to achieve this.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
