Create a Voting Form

  I'm using Windows Live Writer 2012. I'm using this to write a blog with blogger.com. I want to run a competition where my readers must vote for the best picture. I will show photos on the blog. 

  What I would like is that below each picture is a voting button and only one picture can be chosen. The results can be viewed (not concerned about that). The results can be emailed to me. I also want a cutoff date option.

  Can I do this? Is there a plug in I can use?
