Navigation Pane in Quote - SalesOrder Missing RRS feed

    Hi,

    I am having some troubles with the navigation pane in CRM 2013. If you open a quote, usually you will see a SalesOrder-Part, which will show you all related salesorders. In the form-editor you will see the salesorder in the navigation tab. Unfortunately, not in in a quote-entry itself. It seems to be hidden maybe caused by a setting.

    Does anyone know how I can activate this subview again?

    Greetings Klemens,

    1. Are you viewing the Quote as a system administrator or as a user? (if viewing as a user, the user account may not have the permissions to read/edit the sales order)
    2. Is the Quote entity "Published", if you just save the form, the changes are not public until "Published"
    3. Have you tried removing the Subgrid and then re-adding it? (after which remember to "Publish")

    Hi Joseph,
    thanks for your reply. I am an administrator, changes are published (multiple times) and the salesorder-navigation was readded in the formeditor. Unfortunately, I was not able to fix it via navigation pane. As a workaround I added the salesorder-subgrid in the main form in a tab. There the salesorder is displayed.
    I have really no idea why it will not work as expected.
