Win 10 IoT Ent 2016 LTSB displaying Screen Pop-up for Creators Update Over Dedicated Application RRS feed

    Anyone running into this major problem for embedded devices where an advertisement for the Creators update is popped up and displayed onto the screen of a system running Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2016 LTSB. Sean you seen this yet? I have a customer with screenshots and confirmed build is 1607 OS Build 14393.1066  LTSB edition and it has Creators update advertising on the screen.  This could be a big problem for dedicated appliances.... wouldn't want to start seeing this out in the wild so urgent to find out how to disable the popups.
