please help me activate again RRS feed

    I want to activate again. I bought Windows Live Onecare for my computer and my sisters computer. My computer is now at risk and it is telling me I need to re activate in 7 days. I typed in my key code and it won't work because my sister did it already a day before me. So it is telling me that this key code is already in use.

    So it tells me to close this window and go to Onecare and activate again. Go to sign in page and sign in with the Windows Live ID that I originally used to install One care. So I signed in with the ID that I'm pretty sure that I used to originally install Onecare. I need to activate again very soon.

    Tyler, you must use the same LiveID that your sister used to activate. On her PC, open OneCare, click on Help/About... and you will see the Subscription ID. That's the one you must use to activate.

    At this point, I'm afraid you will also need to reinstall OneCare as the LiveID field cannot be edited due to a bug.
