wga install problem RRS feed

  • similar to others, I am logged in as Admin, have tried the sys 32 save as routine suggested nothing works, and I have tried going to the alternate URL suggested to attempt to install. no luck.

    Would you go to your "Windows" folder and find the file named "WgaNotify.log", open it in NotePad, copy the text and paste it into this thread.

    Also download and run the Genuine Diagnostics tool at this link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 , then click the Windows tab, Copy, then paste the report into a response message in this thread.
