Warning after open project prepared by Visual studio 2012 by visual studio 2013 "CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine' could not be found"

I find the following warning after open project prepared by visual studio 2012 by visual studio 2013.
"The referenced component 'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine' could not be found".
How I can solve the problem, knowing that, I try to install dot net frame work 4.0 Client but the computer refuse to install it because higher dot net frame work is already installed.

The referred site is out of Microsoft!!!!! I think the problem maybe solved by Microsoft visual studio.
