CRM contact updates are Duplicating Outlook Contacts RRS feed

  • Hi,

    we are experiencing problems with CRM/Outlook, when ever we update a contact in CRM it then creates a new contact for Outlook creating duplicates.

    Is this a common problem that is easily solved, my knowledge of CRM is limited so sorry if I come across ignorant.
