  • I had a acer laptop and motherboard as gone on it and it messed my harddrive up as well, i had a spair laptop so installed windows 7 back up dvd i did for the acer and put the product key in from the acer but sayd not valid, anyone know why?

    Once you run the tool, click on the
    Continue button, then click on the Copy button and paste the report into your post.

  • You CANNOT use an OEM License (from the COA sticker) from one computer on another computer.

    Replacing the motherboard on a computer outside the warranty conditions invalidates the license.

    OEM Licenses are non-transferable.

    You'll have to purchase a new license for Windows, or revert back to the original OS on the system you're currently using.
