It is possible that your computer is infected with a virus, see the link below for information on a virus that infects linkinfo.dll. I can't say for sure if this is the case. Also, there are severals problems with inconsistant information on your report however I feel that you need to address possible malware/virus issues before we proceed with the WGA issue.
Below I pasted the parts of your report that appear to be abnormal, all of this can be affected by a virus or malware but this is windows server and I have never seen a windows server report before. I included a link to WGA support which is free.

First, sorry for my bad english ...
I have the same problem. Our server gives error 0xC0020012. It's not possible to update windows license. She was actived but I have unavaliable status.
I has used all options of "slui" and the error message is : The system cannot find the file specified
It's not possible for me reinstall the server because he has 3 HyperV.
