Dynamic CRM 2013 Offline Client RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have looked at functionality that is not available or is restricted in Offline client (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm-customer-center/work-offline-with-crm-for-outlook.aspx)

    There is no note about a products, but I have issue when I try to add Product to Marketing campaign.

    Coul someone confirm that it is not working.

  • Do you have the Product Entity set up for offline use? Also, is your Outlook Plugin set up to include Products in what it takes offline? Both of those need to happen, and I am not sure they are enabled by default.

  • Hi,

    I can see product when I navigate to product list - so they are synchronized to offline version.

    Product is a standard entity and it is available in offline by default.
