I'm not sure why you'd get emails telling you that you are off topic if you have a problem with the Fix It button in OneCare bringing up a blank window. If we misunderstood other posts you made, sorry about that.
I don't know the case of that problem, though some people have reported it here in the forums. In each case that I've encountered, I've referred it to support. So, the same applies here - please contact support for help.
