Unlocking Read-Only Orders RRS feed

  • Hi there,

    I'm developing CRM Online and found that orders are being set to read-only when submitted.  Is there a process that allows the status to update to Complete when a user has processed the order?

    CRM hasn't had the May 2015 update yet but I am on the January build.

  • The process is called fulfilment - there is an OOTB ribbon button or you can use a special FulfilSalesOrder message.
