Create opportunity and route to a specific queue RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I am able to create a opportunity in CRM 4.0 through the sdk successfully
    but would like  to route this to a specific queue. I have routed incidents
    before to various queues but cannot seem to find a way to route an
    opportunity. Does anyone know if this is possible?

  • You simply cannot route opportunity to queues...

    Only incident and activities can be routed...
