Hello,
Seems their site has a forum, might want to ask there.
Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they help and unmarked them if they provide no help, this will help others who are looking for solutions to the same or similar problem. Contact via my Twitter (Karen Payne) or Facebook (Karen Payne) via my MSDN profile but will not answer coding question on either.
NuGet BaseConnectionLibrary for database connections.

Hi,
It is not so important who wrote this. The important thing is that many members here may not have experience in using this dll.
We don't know how to help you, that's why I suggest you ask on GitHub.
The author of this dll created the repository, and he should be able to see your problem there and give better support.
Best Regards,
Timon
