trying to "finish install"

  I have a similar issue, I installed one care on my new computer and a couple weeks into use, I got the message to finish installing. However, when I try to do that, I do not get passed having the instruction to activate again. I did the uninstall and reinstall but came to same "stopping point" What do I need to do now?
