Office Communicator broke the Outlook dialer RRS feed

    When I installed Office 2007, Office Communicator was also installed, and the dialing feature that is integrated with Outlook was broken. When I try to call someone from Outlook now, an Office Communicator window appears with amessage stating that "This calling feature is disabled"

     

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

     

    I tried adding the TelephonyMode registry key (=4) but the info on actually doing this is not clear so maybe I didn't do it right. AQnyway, it didn't solve the problem.
