One user cannot communicate with CRM server when configuring CRM for Outlook 2011 RRS feed

  • Hello

    I have a colleague running same version of windows, same version of Outlook and cannot communicate with the server when trying to configure the CRM for Outlook client. We have disabled the firewall to see if this was the issue but no resolution. We even uninstalled the system and then reinstalled it again.

    This person works in a different timezone but other users in other timezones have had no issue communicating with the server.

    Any tips on which areas we should look at to resolve this issue?
